I would definitely recommend Craig Bulmer as a running coach. Craig has been coaching me for over 12 months now. When I first started with Craig I was running at 6.15 minute kilometres. I am now running at 5.15 to 5.30 minute per kilometre. Craig is very enthusiastic, encouraging and supportive. It did not matter what I wanted to achieve Craig would always come up with a program for me to follow so I could meet my goals for the race I was entering. Craig is always checking my runs and giving advice when needed. Craig even goes that one step further and ran as my pacer for the Sutherland to surf.
